Das berufsbegleitende Studium zeichnet sich – wie alle Programme der ISM – durch seine Internationalität aus.
Die Teilnehmer des berufsbegleitenden Studium verbringen insgesamt vier Module im Ausland. Sie studieren jeweils eine Woche in Brüssel, den USA, Hongkong und Indien.
Unterrichtet wird auf Englisch.

Part-time executive program. The duration of the program extends over four semesters including four modules abroad. |

Schedule overview: |
The scientifically based and application-oriented MBA General Management program offers applicants the chance to accumulate international business know-how and to expand their leadership skills. The MBA program builds on the individual academic and professional experience of each candidate. |
Methods: |
A combination of seminars, case studies, business projects as well as four integrated modules abroad ensures MBA General Management students an interdisciplinary overview of all management areas. Group and project work motivate participants to push the limits of their capabilities both in their teams and with regards to their individual performance, thereby developing leadership competences. |
Coaching: |
The MBA General Management program offers individual coaching for every student during the entire program. Students delve further into themselves to develop a framework for both individual growth and leadership skills. The coaching program also includes a potential analysis, career counselling and personality development. |

Module abroad: |
Four international modules in the USA, in Brussels, India and Hong Kong are integrated into the program. Participants take part in intensive seminars at a postgraduate level at the University of California, Riverside, the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they stay for a week. |
Thesis: |
The MBA General Management degree is achieved with the passing of an exam as well as the successful completion of a Master’s thesis. |

Financing: |
As a general rule, the costs of the MBA program are tax deductable (see BFH Judgement, AZ: VIR 24/95). However, a case-by-case application is required. |
