Tuition

As a federally-recognized, private university of applied sciences, the ISM supports itself solely on tuition. The tuition is €4,500 per semester.

Scholarships, Tuition Reduction, and Student Loans

In principle, we would like to allow all qualified applicants the opportunity to study at the ISM, regardless of their individual financial situation. The ISM provides financial aid to selected students in the form of scholarships, tuition reduction, and interest-free student loans. The ISM has an agreement with the Dortmunder Volksbank to allow for student loans to cover the cost of tuition during the main period of study. Students can also take advantage of financial aid through the German Federal Student Financial Aid program (BAföG). In addition, students can apply for financial support through foundations or charitable organizations.
