Exchange StudentsCampusStudent life at ISM Student life at ISM does not only mean attending lectures and studying for the exams. The buddy program offers our exchange students the opportunity to go on excursions or get to know the Dortmund night life in a group of ISM students and other exchange students. The "running dinner" for example is a very popular event which takes place in the first weeks of the semester. The running dinner couples enjoy each course at a different place within a new group. The dinner and the party afterwards is a very good way to get to know fellow students and faculty. Other good opportunities to meet other students is the ISM sports club and the student working groups. Campus Dortmund Only 15 minutes away from the city centre in Dortmund’s Technology Park you will find the Campus Dortmund, the largest ISM complex. It was founded in 1990 and at the moment there are about 800 students studying in the well equipped seminar rooms. Campus Frankfurt Just two railway stations outside the city centre is Sachsenhausen, home of the ISM Campus in Frankfurt / Main. At the moment there are about 240 students preparing for their management careers. They do not know each other just from learning in small groups but also from socialising at the ISM parties. The campus Frankfurt covers 3,600 square meters of seminar rooms, the library and a very special rooftop terrace that offers an amazing view of the Frankfurt skyline. |
Veronica Aleman Diaz, Universidad de Las Palmas "The relationship between students and professors at ISM is great: Professors are much more approachable and always friendly." |
