Academic Calender

The ISM offers two semesters per academic year:

fall term: September - December
spring term: March - June

The fall term 2009/2010

• will start on Monday, September 14th, 2009 and will end on December 19th, 2009. Your exams will take place within the last two weeks of the semester.
• There is an orientation day on Friday, September 11th, 2009 which is mandatory.
• The German Intensive Language course will take place prior to the semester start, from August 24th until September 10th, 2009.

The spring term 2010

• will start on Monday, March 22nd, 2010 and will end on June 25th, 2010. Your exams will take place within the two last weeks of the semester.
• There is an orientation day on Friday, March 19th, 2010 which is mandatory.
• The German Intensive Language course will take place prior to the semester start, from March 1st, 2010 until March 18th, 2010.
